Dual-Station and Two-Axis Positioner Weldone R Series

This system provides uninterrupted production thanks to its rotary table; it allows loading/unloading at the other station while the robot is operating. Thanks to the two-axis positioner at each station, it guarantees flawless results by bringing your workpieces to the perfect welding position.

The Tyhra robotic welding cell is manufactured based on safety and superior functionality. It offers long-lasting use thanks to its robust structure and is specially designed to maximize efficiency in robotic applications with its easy portability feature.
In these cells, the robot, fixture table, and positioners are integrated on a single platform. This way, even if the cell's location changes, existing welding programs are not disrupted. Thus, operators save significant programming time.
All welding equipment is positioned inside the cell. Additionally, there is a dedicated safety maintenance door for robot maintenance. Harmful gases generated during the welding process are safely exhausted through suction vents inside the cabin.
