Large Fixture Area and Crane Compatibility

It features a 1000 mm swing diameter and a fixture area length of up to 2500 mm at each station. The open-cell design without outer curtains provides an ideal solution for easily loading and unloading heavy and large parts up to 2 tons using a crane.

WELDONE ECO 2M is a high-efficiency dual-station robotic welding solution with a large fixture area. Thanks to intelligent safety systems and minimal operator movement requirements, it provides both superior efficiency and enhances safety, facilitating the transition to automation without compromising capacity.

With a design that eliminates additional costs such as Industrial PCs, enclosed cell systems, and pneumatic control systems, it lowers the initial investment required for automation and accelerates the return on investment (ROI).
Thanks to its structure mounted directly onto the factory floor without being tied to a chassis, it is easily integrated into your existing production line and can be configured over time according to your future needs.
All welding equipment is positioned within the cell. Additionally, a special safety maintenance door is available for robot maintenance. Harmful gases generated during the welding process are safely exhausted through suction vents within the cabin.
