Dual-Station Weldone A Series with Two-Axis Positioner

This dual-station system provides uninterrupted production by offering loading/unloading capabilities at one station while the robot works at the other. Thanks to the two-axis positioner at each station, workpieces are brought into the perfect welding position, and flawless results are achieved. Furthermore, the highest level of occupational health and safety is ensured for the operator and bystanders through the indoor/outdoor curtain system and additional light barriers.

The Tyhra robotic welding cell is manufactured based on safety and superior functionality. It offers long-lasting use thanks to its robust structure and is specifically designed to maximize efficiency in robotic applications with its easy-to-move feature.
In these cells, the robot, fixture table, and positioners are integrated on a single platform. This way, even if the location of the cell changes, existing welding programs are not disrupted. Thus, operators save significant programming time.
All welding equipment is positioned inside the cell. Additionally, there is a special safety maintenance door for robot maintenance. Harmful gases generated during the welding process are safely exhausted through suction vents inside the cabin.
