The installation process for WELDONE robotic welding cells varies depending on the model and the production environment. For models transported as a single unit (WELDONE 2M, 3M, 2L, 2I, and C), the installation process takes about 2-3 days, while for larger and more complex systems (WELDONE B, WELDONE S, etc.), this period can extend up to 2-3 weeks. The installation process includes mechanical assembly, electrical connections, software installation, calibration, and testing phases.
WELDONE robotic welding cells support all welding methods commonly used in industrial production. These include MIG/MAG (Metal Inert Gas/Metal Active Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), Spot welding, Laser welding, and Plasma welding.
