Large Fixture Area and Crane Compatibility

It features a fixture area with a 1000 mm swing diameter and lengths up to 2500 mm at each station. The open-cell design without external curtains provides an ideal solution for easy loading and unloading of heavy and large parts up to 2 tons via crane.

WELDONE ECO 3M is a high-efficiency, three-station robotic welding solution with a large fixture area. Thanks to smart safety systems and minimal operator movement requirements, it provides superior productivity and enhanced safety, facilitating an easy transition to automation without compromising capacity.

With a design that eliminates additional costs such as Industrial PCs, enclosed cell systems, and pneumatic control systems, it lowers the initial investment required for automation and accelerates ROI.
Thanks to its floor-mounted structure (directly to the factory floor without a chassis), it integrates easily into your existing production line and can be configured over time based on future needs.
All welding equipment is positioned within the cell. Additionally, a dedicated safety maintenance door is available for robot servicing. Harmful gases generated during welding are safely exhausted through suction vents inside the cabin.
