Weldone 2L Series with Dual Station and Single Axis Positioner

Weldone 2L is a high-efficiency, two-station robotic welding cell specifically designed for parts requiring short cycle times. With its compact design, it makes robotic automation accessible for workshops with limited space by occupying minimum floor area.

The Tyhra robotic welding cell is manufactured based on safety and superior functionality. It offers a long-lasting service life thanks to its robust structure and is specifically designed to maximize efficiency in robotic applications with its easy portability.
In these cells, the robot, fixture table, and positioners are integrated on a single platform. This ensures that current welding programs remain intact even if the cell's location changes. Thus, operators save significant programming time.
All welding equipment is positioned inside the cell. Additionally, a dedicated safety maintenance door is available for robot maintenance. Harmful gases generated during the welding process are safely discharged through suction vents inside the cabin.
