The robot’s movement on a slider enables the easy welding of parts that are too long or large for a standard robot to reach (chassis, trailers, large structures, etc.).

Suitability for Heavy and Complex Parts

Can be equipped with single-axis positioners with a payload of up to 5 tons and dual-axis positioners with a 750 kg capacity. This allows even your heaviest and most geometrically challenging parts to be welded with precision.

WELDONE S is specially designed for large and long parts. It knows no limits in part weight and can easily position your parts with a single-axis positioner up to 5 tons.

The most significant feature of WELDONE S is that it is equipped with a slider. The slider can be configured from 1 meter to 16 meters in length to suit your specific needs. You can easily weld your long parts.
